Do you think that your area lacks waste containers? How come we throw garbage around and near the container instead of inside it?

    I dont think there is a shortage of garbage containers in Amman. Amman is one of the few cities ive seen that is well equipped with garbage containers.It is the irresponsible behaviour and the pre-wired mindset ,that whatever is not punishable is permissable, what instigates these incidents.
